The Website is used for donations, seva/puja registrations, event participation and related services only. It is not an e-commerce or product-sales platform. As no tangible goods are ordered or sold, there is no shipping, courier, freight or delivery process involved in any transaction.

Where a payment is successfully received, the acknowledgement, receipt or confirmation (as applicable) is provided electronically — for example on-screen after the transaction and/or by email or message to the contact details you provide. Users are requested to enter accurate contact information so that such confirmations can reach them.

A seva or puja is a religious service performed at the Pitham on behalf of the devotee; it is not a shippable product. Where prasad or a similar sacred item is associated with a particular service, it is ordinarily made available for collection at the Pitham or handed over as arranged by the Trust for that specific service, subject to the terms shown for that service. Any such arrangement, where offered, is not a commercial shipment and no delivery guarantee is implied.

As nothing is shipped, no shipping or delivery timelines apply. Processing of a seva, puja, registration or donation acknowledgement is handled by the Trust in the ordinary course, subject to the details and schedule of the relevant service or event.

Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the Trust’s No Refund / Cancellation Policy, which should be read together with this notice and the Terms & Conditions.
