These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Website of the Trust and any online facilities made available through it, including information pages, donation facilities, registrations, seva/puja bookings, event registrations, digital content, forms and communications.

By accessing, browsing or using the Website, or by submitting a registration, donation, booking or enquiry through it, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and No Refund Policy, as applicable. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant Website facility.

About the Trust

SHRI PITAMBARA BAGLAMUKHI SHAKTIPITHAM TRUST is a public charitable trust registered under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. The Website is operated for lawful religious, spiritual, charitable, social, informational and administrative purposes consistent with the Trust’s objects.

Eligibility and User Responsibility

  • You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information when submitting any form or registration.
  • If you act for another person, family member, organisation or minor, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
  • You must not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading or unauthorised purposes.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with Website security, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data or disrupt the Website.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or booking details issued to you.

Religious / Spiritual Content

Donations

Donation receipts, tax benefits or exemptions, if any, will be subject to applicable law and the donor’s eligibility. A donation does not create an ownership, membership or other proprietary interest in the Trust.

Seva, Puja, Events and Registrations

  • Availability, dates, timings, venue, priest/purohit allocation, programme arrangements and other details may be changed by the Trust for administrative, religious, safety, governmental, force-majeure or other bona fide reasons.
  • A registration/booking is confirmed only when the Website or Trust expressly confirms it and the applicable payment is successfully received.
  • A receipt or transaction acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee any facility beyond the specific service or seva described in the relevant booking.
  • Participants must follow venue rules, instructions of trustees/authorised volunteers, security directions and applicable law.
  • The Trust may refuse or cancel a registration where information is materially incorrect, payment is fraudulent/unauthorised, the user violates these Terms, or continuation would create a legal, safety or operational concern.

No Guarantee of Website Availability

The Trust will endeavour to keep the Website functional and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, absolute security, or that all content will always be current. The Trust may suspend, modify or discontinue Website features for maintenance, security, upgrades or other legitimate reasons.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, devotional material, compilations and other content are owned by or licensed to the Trust or used with permission. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Trust shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use or inability to use the Website, third-party services, internet failures or events beyond the Trust’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable liability.

To the extent permitted by law, a user shall indemnify and hold harmless the Trust, its trustees, authorised representatives, employees and volunteers against losses, claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from the user’s unlawful use of the Website, material breach of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.

The Trust shall not be responsible for delay, cancellation or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, governmental restrictions, law-and-order situations, fire, technical failures, interruption of utilities, transport disruption or other force-majeure events.
